Media Sales Manager (Agency Experience)- Female Candidates/ Arabic Speaking
Reporting To : Head of Sales
Role Summary / Purpose
The Media Sales Manager (Agency Experience) will drive revenue growth by managing agency relationships and selling integrated media solutions across TV, OTT and digital platforms. The role requires strong agency-facing commercial skills, excellent client servicing, and fluency in Arabic to engage regional agency partners. The successful candidate will develop strategic media plans, negotiate deals, and ensure delivery of campaigns while working closely with commercial, planning and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Agency Relationship Management
○ Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, trading desks, and planning teams across regional markets.
○ Act as the primary agency contact, proactively managing briefs and ensuring alignment between agency needs and company offerings.
2. Sales & Revenue Generation
○ Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets across TV, OTT, and digital inventory.
○ Lead contract negotiations, commercial proposals, and rate card management to secure profitable deals.
3. Campaign Planning & Execution
○ Translate agency briefs into executable media plans, working with planning and operations teams to ensure flawless delivery.
○ Monitor campaign performance, optimise delivery, and provide timely post-campaign reporting and insights.
4. Market & Client Insight
○ Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and audience behaviour to inform strategy and product positioning.
○ Provide agencies and clients with actionable insights and recommendations to drive campaign effectiveness.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
○ Work closely with commercial, ad-ops, content partnerships and product teams to develop integrated solutions and new inventory packages.
○ Support go-to-market launches, new product rollouts, and revenue initiatives.
6. Governance & Compliance
○ Ensure all commercial agreements and campaign activities comply with company policies, industry regulations and contractual obligations.
○ Maintain accurate records of client contracts, proposals and performance reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications or a related field.
● Experience: Minimum 5-8 years in media sales with demonstrable agency-facing experience, preferably within TV, OTT or digital media environments.
● Language: Fluent Arabic (written and spoken) and strong English communication skills.
● Skills & Expertise:
○ Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets with agency clients.
○ Strong negotiation, commercial structuring and pitching abilities.
○ Solid understanding of media planning, buying processes, ad-serving technologies and audience measurement metrics.
○ Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and relationship-building skills.
● Desirable:
○ Experience with programmatic, private marketplaces (PMPs), and advanced targeting solutions.
○ Prior exposure to cross-platform campaigns and branded content partnerships.
