Head – Global Content Partnerships & Brand Integration

Flexible / Global (preferably based in a major media hub such as Dubai, Mumbai, London or Los Angeles)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced media and entertainment professional to lead the identification, sourcing, and development of global brand integration and product placement opportunities across films, OTT content, television, music, and digital content.
The role will be responsible for building relationships with production studios, filmmakers, OTT platforms, music labels, and content creators worldwide, and securing opportunities for brands within high-impact content.
The successful candidate will act as the bridge between content creators and brand partners, enabling seamless integration of brands into storytelling formats across global entertainment properties.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Sourcing & Opportunity Development
Identify and source brand integration opportunities across global content including:
Feature films
OTT series and drama productions
Television shows
Music videos
Short films and digital content
Documentary content
Build and maintain a pipeline of upcoming productions suitable for brand integration.
Engage with production houses, film studios, streaming platforms, and independent producers to secure early access to projects.
2. Studio & Industry Partnerships
Establish relationships with:
Film studios
OTT platforms
Content producers
Talent agencies
Music labels
Scriptwriters and directors
Negotiate brand integration rights, product placements, and co-marketing opportunities within content.
3. Brand Integration Strategy
Work closely with internal sales teams to:
Match brand objectives with relevant content opportunities.
Develop creative integration concepts that align with the storyline and audience.
Provide brands with customized proposals for integration across multiple content formats.
4. Global Content Intelligence
Track global entertainment production trends across markets such as:
Hollywood
Bollywood
Korean content (K-drama / K-film)
European cinema
Southeast Asian content
Identify high-potential productions with strong distribution and audience reach.
5. Deal Structuring & Negotiation
Structure commercial arrangements including:
Brand placement fees
Integration rights
IP usage rights
Global marketing tie-ups
Ensure proper contractual agreements with studios and content partners.
6. Project Coordination
Liaise between brands, agencies, producers, and production teams to ensure smooth execution of integrations.
Oversee integration execution during production stages where required.
7. Content Portfolio Development
Build and manage a portfolio of global content partnerships that can be offered to brands on an ongoing basis.
Create an annual pipeline of projects for brand participation.
Experience & Qualifications
Essential Experience
10–15+ years’ experience in:
Film / entertainment industry
Media partnerships
Brand integration / product placement
Content acquisition
Strong existing network with:
Production houses
Film studios
OTT platforms
Talent agencies
Music labels
Industry Background Preferred
Experience working with or within:
Film studios
OTT platforms (Netflix, Amazon, Disney etc.)
Entertainment marketing agencies
Product placement agencies
Film production companies
Talent management agencies
Key Skills
Deep understanding of content production cycles and financing structures
Strong relationship building within the global entertainment ecosystem
Commercial negotiation and deal structuring
Ability to identify high-value integration opportunities early in development
Strategic thinking in aligning brands with storytelling
Additional Preferred Experience
Experience working across multiple international entertainment markets
Knowledge of content distribution and rights management
Experience managing brand partnerships within films or OTT content
