We are seeking a seasoned Senior Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 7+ years of specialized experience to spearhead our Media Facade and Architectural Lighting division. This is a pivotal role requiring a candidate who can navigate the intersection of complex electrical engineering, creative vision, and commercial project management.

1. Strategic Design & Technical Risk Mitigation (The P&L Guardrail)

At the 7+ year level, the candidate must go beyond basic schematics to ensure the project is profitable and sustainable:

• Systems Architecture: Oversee the design of comprehensive electrical systems for Media Facades and LED Mesh, ensuring they are optimized for both performance and cost.

• Infrastructure Integrity: Take full ownership of SLDs, load balancing, and voltage drop calculations to eliminate the risk of expensive "on-site fixes" or hardware failures.

• Advanced Protocol Design: Architect sophisticated data signal flows using DMX, Art-Net, SPI, and sACN to ensure rock-solid stability for large-scale video playback.

2. Operations & Site Management (Maximizing Margins)

The candidate will act as the technical anchor on-site, ensuring that labor and materials are utilized efficiently:

• Interdisciplinary Leadership: Coordinate seamlessly with structural and mechanical teams to ensure lighting is integrated into facade cladding without compromising building integrity or project timelines.

• Regulatory Liaison: Manage compliance with local authorities (DEWA/Civil Defense) to ensure smooth inspections and prevent project delays that eat into the P&L.

• Advanced Troubleshooting: Serve as the final technical authority for resolving complex signal or power issues, ensuring the project moves to the handover phase without a "burn" on resources.

3. Control, Commissioning & Client Handover

The "final 10%" of a project often determines its success; this senior lead ensures a clean finish:

• System Commissioning: Lead the configuration of high-end media servers (e.g., Pharos, Madrix, CueCore) and verify data integrity across the entire LED array.

Asset Protection: Supervise the creation of "As-Built" drawings and comprehensive operation manuals to minimize future warranty claims and service calls.
