Role Overview
This is an in-office internship opportunity based in Mumbai, India. As an Intern - Talent Acquisition, you will support the talent and recruitment team in sourcing, screening and managing candidate processes across our markets. This role is ideal for someone beginning their career in HR or recruitment, who is organised, proactive and interested in working within a fast-paced media and entertainment business.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing – Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, campus outreach and internal databases to build a diverse talent pipeline for roles across functions and regions.
Screening & Shortlisting – Conduct initial CV reviews and phone or video screenings, evaluate candidate fit against role criteria, and prepare shortlists for hiring managers.
Interview Coordination – Schedule and coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure a smooth experience from application to offer stage.
Assessment & Reporting – Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), prepare recruitment status reports and support headcount tracking.
Employer Branding Support – Contribute to campus engagement, careers events and social media content to promote SkyBlue Media Group as an employer of choice.
Administrative Tasks – Support offer administration, reference checks, onboarding logistics and other HR administration as required.
Continuous Improvement – Suggest and help implement improvements to sourcing, screening and candidate experience processes.
Profile
· Recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
· Some previous exposure to recruitment or HR functions through internships, campus placements or part-time roles is desirable.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Korean language ability is an advantage.
· Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
· Comfortable using MS Office, Google Workspace and willingness to learn ATS platforms and HR tools.
· A professional, candidate-focused approach with high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
· Proactive, curious and a team player who thrives in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment.
