This is a 3 months HR Internship with SkyBlue Cinematix, an MNC headquartered in Malaysia. This is a 5 days week work from office opportunity based in Andheri West. The stipend for this role is 15K/ month.

Job Responsibilities

• Assisting the VP – HR in managing end-to-end recruitment activities for multiple open positions across departments.

• Screening resumes, coordinating interview schedules, blocking VP - HR calendars, and ensuring smooth interview processes with candidates and hiring managers

• Assisting the VP – HR in maintaining recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview feedback records, and hiring status reports.

• Supporting the VP – HR in managing leave records, attendance data, employee documentation, and other day-to-day HR operations.

• Supporting the VP – HR in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, feedback activities, and other culture-building programs.
