This is a Sales, Business Development role based in New York city. We are scouting for talent from Media & Entertainment and Advertising Agencies who have the experience of brand partnerships and offer various Brand Solutions as part of their daily work, that is In-Film and Out-of-film brand integrations.

Key Responsibilities
Understand film project & Map Market: Understand a film and map the Industries and brands that can get associated in-film and out of film integrations and collaborations.
Prospect and Acquire New Brand Partners: Daily prospect high-potential CMOs, brand heads, agency execs, and media buyers; qualify leads, secure meetings, and build pipeline to drive 50%+ new revenue growth.
Cultivate Senior Relationships for Expansion: Maintain and expand C-level networks with brands/agencies into sustained partnerships.
Design Innovative Monetization Strategies: Develop scalable frameworks for in-film integrations, sponsorships, branded content, AFP, and IP partnerships; pitch tailored value props to differentiate offerings.
Lead High-Impact Deal Negotiations: Personally close complex, multi-stakeholder deals with brands, agencies, production houses, broadcasters, and platforms; overcome objections to hit revenue targets.
Mentor Teams for Pipeline Excellence: Lead AGM/Senior Manager teams across Films/TV/OTT; coach on prospecting/closing, ensure full funnels, and align on hunter KPIs like new wins.
Drive Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with content, production, marketing, legal, and finance to deliver executable, profitable partnerships from pitch to fulfilment.
Monitor Market Trends and Insights: Track cinema marketing, TV ad sales, OTT models, and branded entertainment shifts; provide intel to refine pitches and maintain competitive edge.
Own Forecasting and Governance: Manage sales pipeline, pricing, forecasting, and executive reporting; use CRM/tools for data-driven decisions and performance optimization.
Desired Candidate Profile
8 years plus of experience in sales and business development in Media & Entertainment Industry or Advertisng Agency.
Connections and Network with Brands, CMO's and their Advertising Agencies.
Strong understanding of film marketing, production ecosystems, broadcast ad sales, OTT monetization, and branded content models.
Established senior-level relationships with brands, and agencies.
Proven ability to lead senior teams and drive multi-platform revenue mandates.
Strong negotiation skills with a balance of strategic vision and hands-on deal execution.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
MBA/PG in Marketing, Media, or Business preferred.
