We're Hiring: Sticker/Vinyl Applicator – Bus & Bus Station Advertising SkyBlue Group | Dubai, UAE | Full-time

SkyBlue Group is growing its out-of-home (OOH) advertising team and is looking for a skilled Sticker/Vinyl Applicator to install advertising vinyl on buses and bus stations across the city. If you're precise, hands-on, and take pride in a clean, bubble-free finish, we want to hear from you.

About the role You'll be the one physically putting our clients' campaigns on the street — applying and removing advertising vinyl on bus exteriors and bus station/shelter panels, making sure every installation is clean, aligned, and ready for public display.

What you'll do

• Apply advertising vinyl/stickers on buses and bus station panels according to approved artwork and layout

• Prepare surfaces properly before application — cleaning, degreasing, and checking for damage

• Measure, cut, and position vinyl accurately to avoid misalignment, bubbles, or wrinkles

• Use squeegees, heat guns, and cutting tools correctly and safely

• Remove old or expired advertising vinyl without damaging the underlying surface or paint

• Work efficiently to meet campaign installation deadlines, including early morning or night shifts when required to avoid service disruption

• Travel between bus depots and bus station sites across the city as assigned

• Follow all safety procedures, including working at height and around traffic/public areas

• Take photos of completed work for quality records and client sign-off

• Report any surface damage, defects, or material shortages to the supervisor

• Maintain tools, equipment, and vinyl stock in good condition

What you bring

• Prior experience in vinyl application, signage installation, vehicle wrapping, or similar hands-on installation work (preferred, not mandatory — training provided for the right candidate)

• Good physical fitness — comfortable working outdoors, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions

• Strong attention to detail and a steady hand for clean, precise application

• Basic tool-handling skills and willingness to learn techniques specific to OOH media

• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or nights, based on project schedules

• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage

• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work well as part of a team
